Pricing and Billing Terms

Effective date: Jan 16, 2026

These Pricing and Billing Terms apply to all subscriptions for the Callers CRM service.

1. Pricing

  • Pricing is available at https://callersapp.com/#pricing. Changes to pricing are described in Section 8.
  • Taxes (including VAT) are applied as required by law.
  • Plan limits: Free Trial and Business plans include up to 5,000 contacts per workspace; Custom plans apply above 5,000 contacts.

2. Billing cycle and renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically for additional 12-month terms unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
  • Other subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • Trial length: minimum 14 days; exact length shown at signup.
  • Eligibility: one trial per user.
  • Payment details:
  • Trials do not require a payment card at signup.
  • If a payment method is added during the trial, the subscription will continue automatically as a paid subscription when the trial ends unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, the subscription will not continue and will be treated as terminated until the user provides payment details and indicates they wish to continue.
  • If a subscription is paused due to missing payment details after trial end, it will resume when the user provides payment details and indicates they wish to continue.
  • Note: our UI asks for card details after the trial ends; the practical effect is that adding payment details before the trial ends (if supported) will behave as described above.

4. Payment method

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable usage charges.

5. Invoices

Invoices or receipts are provided electronically to the billing contact email.

6. Late payments and suspension

If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after reasonable notice and resume service after payment is received.

7. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Changes to pricing

We may change pricing from time to time to reflect, for example:

  • New features, plans, tiers, or changes in how the Service is packaged.
  • Increased costs of providing the Service (including infrastructure, support, and security).
  • Changes in taxes, currency, or regulatory requirements.
  • Changes in third-party fees or providers that we rely on.

If we increase fees or otherwise change pricing in a way that materially and adversely affects your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice (for example, by email or through the Service).

Unless required otherwise by law, pricing changes apply at the start of your next renewal term (including the next billing cycle for month-to-month subscriptions).

If you do not agree to a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal at which the change would take effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period or subscription term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel via account settings or by contacting info@lingonberryisland.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the term to avoid renewal for another 12 months.
