Consumer Terms Addendum (B2C)

This addendum applies to consumers and prevails over conflicting terms in the Terms of Service.

1. Pre-contract information

We provide the following information before purchase:

• Service description: cloud-based CRM for contacts, calls, notes, and email history.
• Total price per month or per year including applicable taxes (VAT where required).
• Trial (if offered): minimum 14 days, limited to one trial per user. Trial starts after you submit the subscription and auto-converts to a paid subscription when you submit the payment card details unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Functional requirements: modern web browser and internet connection.

2. Right of withdrawal

If applicable under EU consumer law, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of the right to withdrawal.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support at info@lingonberryisland.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the term to avoid renewal for another 12 months.

4. Changes to Terms and pricing

We may update the Terms of Service and/or pricing from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the Service or new features.
• Security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention.
• Changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements.
• Operational or technical changes (including third-party providers).

If we make changes that materially and adversely affect your rights or obligations (including pricing changes that would apply to your subscription), we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice (for example, by email or through the Service) and specify the effective date.

Unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law, changes apply at the start of your next renewal term. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel before the effective date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period or subscription term.

Fees are not refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer law.

6. Liability

Nothing in the Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
